Privacy Policy

BINDU GAMES LLC ("we", "us") makes mobile games. This policy explains what data our games and this website collect, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

• Game progress and settings, such as your level, coins and sound preference. These are stored on your device only.
• Anonymous usage statistics, such as which levels are started and finished, to balance difficulty. They are not linked to your name or contact details.
• Purchase records, if you buy something in a game. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos inside our games.

Advertising

Our free games show ads between levels and optional rewarded videos. Ads are served by third-party networks (for example Google AdMob, AppLovin and Unity Ads). These partners may use your device's advertising identifier and basic device information to show and measure ads, in line with their own privacy policies. On iOS you will be asked for permission before any tracking across apps (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers described above, and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the game. To ask about any other data, or to request its deletion, write to us; we will answer within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. Contact us to use any of these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
